[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The coronavirus nightmare is far from over and indeed, its end seems to be more and more distant. But today a glimmer of hope has arrived with the beginning of the so-called “Phase 2”. A loosening of the lockdow started on March 9 that finally allows us to put our nose outside the 4 walls of the house…
\nActually here in Veneto you can walk and go out for a few days (April 27) but from today, May 4 (with the Order of May 3, 2020 of the Veneto Region, in addition to the Dpcm 26.4.2020), it is also allowed to carry out physical and sports activity reaching places even far from home, however always included within the regional borders. You can therefore always go back to the mountains with absolute compliance with current regulations, therefore individually or with members of the family.<\/p>\n

An important appeal on mountain activities comes from the mountain rescue which rightly calls for caution!
\nWe haven’t been out in the mountain for almost two months, so if common sense still exists, you have to leave with outlets within reach, or better, under our reach, at least for the first time until the return of “normal” without ever exceeding our “limits”…<\/p>\n

In these 2 months at home we never stopped training one day, squats, traction, push ups, burpies and running were our “playmates”.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, we still don’t have the opportunity to work (it worries me a lot, since no one knows when we could start again), but being able to finally return to the environment is still a real liberation.<\/p>\n

How beautiful skiing is !!
\nI slept almost nothing tonight. The tension of the “first time” with the butterflies in my stomach turned me in bed all night. The same feeling as when I leave on a hard path. A mix of fear, curiosity and infinite joy. Yet the trip designed for today is the classic Ra Seleta of Punta Nera, one of the classicone and easy ski touring trips in Cortina. Yet the feeling was like leaving for the key sight shot of the Via del Pesce in Marmolada<\/p>\n

They have been 2 months not easy on a psychological level … On the one hand the many dead on the other hand the desire to start again<\/p>\n

I have never trained “dry” as much in my life as in these two months and despite this, the legs are already felt after the first hour of climbing … but the desire to get to the top and make four turns is so much.
\nObviously I am in the company of Sara my girlfriend and companion of adventures (we avoid going alone to the mountains) and the emotion of the first summit after the lockdown is something unique
\nWe are at the top for almost an hour, we are in no hurry
\nWe put on our skis (how nice is the noise of the “click” of the bindings when they close) and we skied<\/p>\n

\nWe go home for a pasta… we look each other in the eyes and the idea of \u200b\u200bsinking into the sofa to rest makes us tremble with fear… (it’s 2 months that we sink into the sofa…)
\nToday I really don’t want to stay at home…<\/p>\n
