I have to admit that after the last ski runs on the Tofana and on the Antelao I had parked my skis in the cellar and dusted off my climbing shoes… but how can you resist a sudden snowfall on June 7th?

So put the skis in the car (the ski carrier I removed it in quarantine) we went in the direction of Marmolada

We start on foot but already at the first bend of the track we start hitting snow and we put the skis on just above

The quality of the snow is what it is but for being June 7th, I admit that we had a really good skiing

Started with the sun and went down just before the total fog…

Stop obliged by the legendary Guido who today officially opened the Pian dei Fiacconi refuge to the public … Go find him, that the food is delicious
