The course is made for all hikers, the one who wants to learn how to move safely even on the most demanding and exposed paths and / or those who wants to learn how to safely tackle equipped paths and via ferratas.

The course takes place in one day.

The following topics will be faced: first principles of climbing technique, balance, use of feet on supports, grip of nodology, safety maneuvers (quick stops on via ferrata and rocky terrain) use of via ferrata kit and simulation of correct progression

A difficult excursion will take place with both protected and unprotected sections (to be hooked).

Note: Possibility to organize the course in two days in order to deepen the technique during the first day and to make a longer and more interesting via ferrata on the second day.

The quote include: the accompaniment of the Alpine Guide, RC insurance, usage of common materials and any missing equipment.

The quote doesn’t include: travel, eventual tickets for skilifts, the expenses of the Alpine Guide.
