Ski touring on the Tofana di Rozes… the last day of skiing of the season!?
The real lockdown is finally over and after the super skiing on May 4th we put the skis back on and taking advantage of the still good conditions (for the period) we went up and skiing the Tofana di Rozes
There were only a few cars at the parking lot and throughout the day we have met very few people but I will expect many in the next few days… the desire is so great and now that we can finally move the mountain will populate again
It starts from the parking lot on foot but after 20 minutes you meet the snow and you can put the skins on
We climbed it all on foot given the excellent refreezing and because we forgot the ski crampon at home…
